was founded by Casper Reeslev and Mette Lysgaard in 2003. With successful marketing careers in Europe as a ballast, we decided to test the waters in Australia. It’s been a success at all levels. We’re enjoying the Australian way of life and have created great business results for our clients as well as for Ideas Unltd. Over the years we have gathered a small, dedicated team around us. Casper Reeslev

Creative Director

Casper is our multi award-winning creative director and copywriter. He invented the four-point checklist that all our ideas have to pass. Life as a consumer would be much less painful if it was used by other agencies as well. Casper enjoyed 10 years as a creative director in Europe before moving to Australia. Now he enjoys the Australian way of life with a boat, a barbie and a bush basher…when he’s not busy creating results for clients.

   

Mette Lysgaard

Account Director

Mette, our account director, has a strong head for strategy as well as running the day to day projects. With 10 years overseas experience as marketing manager of a large airline and a large insurance company, you would expect nothing less. Mette’s first job overseas was as a valet parking assistant in Beverly Hills so she’s come a long way…in every sense of the word.

   

Tracey Yates

Art Director

Maintaining our zero error policy would be a lot harder without Tracey. A gifted art director who can pursue the big idea without losing track of the small detail. She’s one of the most dedicated people you will ever come across and a worthy recipient of our coveted 10-year endurance award. Hard work and loyalty always pays off.

Graphic Designer

You don’t have to be into diving – as long as you don’t mind getting to the bottom to find the best solution. Digital is like a pond to you and you are not out of your depth in print either. A Mac is your best friend and you can handle anything it can handle. Maybe you’re a freelancer, maybe you want to work part-time – we’re flexible. But in any case it’s easier if you live close by. The formula for a great school camp – clean air, a sandy beach and acres of fun – was presented in test tubes to an audience of school teachers and principals. More than 15% booked a school camp.
