​GC Hahn’s customers are the main players in the food industry – few but very important. Customer loyalty means everything. With a response rate of 80% this survey is one of the most successful customer loyalty campaigns ever developed by Ideas Unltd. The survey revealed what the customers would like from GC Hahn and they started developing some of the products and services their customers had suggested. Simple but effective.

The direct mail box was sent to GC Hahn’s customers – all the major players in the food industry.

Inside the box was a questionnaire and a salt grinder. Upon returning the questionnaire,
the customers would receive a matching pepper grinder.

All customers received a report with the findings as well as a list of actions.

One of GC Hahn’s first actions was to launch a newsletter about food trends – also created by Ideas Unltd.
